1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EzReply service ("Service"), which includes the website (ezreply.co) and Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nomadan Apps Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

EzReply is an AI-powered social media reply assistant that helps users craft contextually relevant replies on various platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Reddit. The Service includes:

• AI-generated reply suggestions based on post or message content
• Personalization options to match your writing style
• Integration with supported social media platforms through our Chrome extension

When you use the quick reply feature, the relevant content (such as the text of a post or the last few messages in a conversation) is sent to our server, which then forwards it to OpenAI's API to generate a reply. This data is used only transiently and is not stored in our databases. The generated reply is sent back to you through the extension, and no copies of the content are retained by EzReply.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. Currently, we only offer Google OAuth as a registration and login method. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when using a shared computer
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

3.3 Age Restriction

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.
